I travel for my job. In order to complete the paperwork needed to close the process. A notary with the paperwork was sent to meet me at my travel site. It was necessary to get the papers signed and sent. Otherwise it would have cost me more to finish and the rate would have gone up. Thanks to Ralph and his staff it was completed and everything was closed three days later. Bending over backwards for the client. Don't see that too often.

I have used Ralph 3 times now. Ralph was my lender when I purchased my first home. He also did refinancing for me twice. Each time was a a smooth process with little to no hiccups. Ralph Otto was extremely easy to work with. He was always available to answer questions and very helpful. Ralph never wasted any time during the loan process.
